Ingredients
- 9oz chocolate wafers
- 4 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions
- Melt chocolate wafers in bowl. Heat corn syrup and water separately in microwave for about 20 seconds.
- Pour corn syrup and water mixture into melted chocolate and mix gently until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Place on plastic wrap, flatten, and cover. Leave on counter for 12 hours.
- Knead for about two minutes, then cover and let sit for another 12 hours.
Tip: For colored modeling chocolate, use white chocolate wafers and gel color paste.
