Modeling Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 9oz chocolate wafers
  • 4 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon water

 

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate wafers in bowl. Heat corn syrup and water separately in microwave for about 20 seconds. 
  2. Pour corn syrup and water mixture into melted chocolate and mix gently until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix. 
  3. Place on plastic wrap, flatten, and cover. Leave on counter for 12 hours. 
  4. Knead for about two minutes, then cover and let sit for another 12 hours. 

Tip: For colored modeling chocolate, use white chocolate wafers and gel color paste.
