Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 medium ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in mixing bowl and stir to blend.
- Place bananas, miracle whip, and egg in food processor and blend until almost smooth.
- Pour blended mixture into flour mixture and stir with fork until all dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over-mix.
- Pour into well-greased 9x5 inch pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until loaf tests done. Let stand for five minutes before tunring out of pan and cool thoroughly before wrapping.
