Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1 egg

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in mixing bowl and stir to blend. 
  3. Place bananas, miracle whip, and egg in food processor and blend until almost smooth. 
  4. Pour blended mixture into flour mixture and stir with fork until all dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over-mix. 
  5. Pour into well-greased 9x5 inch pan. 
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until loaf tests done. Let stand for five minutes before tunring out of pan and cool thoroughly before wrapping.
